• Before using Build guard BG 18 always make sure to shake the container well before for 30 seconds Mix this brown colored viscous concentrate with maximum 24 liters of water and stir well.

• Start by treating along sides of foundation and bottom side of construction. Make sure to treat and saturate the area up to 40- 50 centimeters height.
• Dig holes in the soil, alongside of construction up to 45 centimeters and pour the diluted solution in.
• Don't forget to treat the soil with Build guard BG 18 solution that is to be used for covering the holes dug.
• Use of Build guard BG 18 is must before any kind of concreting like column, plinth, flooring or any structure that is going to come in contact with soil.
• Cover the entire soil surface before concreting with Build guard BG 18 in such a way that the Build guard BG 18 should penetrate about 50-60 centimeters below soil.
• Confirm application of Build guard BG 18 underground, where pipes (water, sewage, wastewater etc) are laid.
• If present, the point of contact where sewage pipe opening comes in contact with ground must also be treated with Build guard BG 18.
• For treatment in concrete, drill the concrete surface near plinth wall up to 30 centimeters with diameter of hole around 10-12 mm and pour Advanced Build Guard.
